Chwee Foon Lim has more than 25 years of international experience, in Life Science and Healthcare sectors, having lived and worked across major geographies as Asia & China, Europe and the Americas. She is currently CEO, Asia Pacific for Ekso Bionics Inc, a world leading robotics company, where she leads successful Health and patient care transformation with novel robotics technology. Previously, Chwee Foon served as Head of Healthcare for Asia Pacific at Linde Group, where she led an integrated respiratory care business with product and services spanning multiple segments including pharmaceuticals (gases), medical devices and homecare. During her tenure, the business transformed and grew significantly through M&A, digitalization and technology innovation. She has significant operational experience in China, having built successfully from greenfield a leading national respiratory care business in China. She has strong track record of driving business innovation and start-ups with robotics and digitalization. Chwee Foon is passionate about innovating novel patient care model and creating transformational value for the Healthcare Community through advanced technologies as robotics and digital Health. Chwee Foon currently serves as a Board Member of INSEAD in France, the world’s leading business school. She is also a member of the INSEAD Audit, Finance and Risk Committee. Chwee Foon teaches multiple INSEAD Executive MBA courses in innovation, sustainability and digital transformation, and is a regular speaker at various Healthcare technology forums including Rehab Week, APAC MedTech and Gerontech and Innovation Summit (GIES) Hong Kong. She holds an MBA (with Distinction) from INSEAD, France, and B Accountancy (First Class Hons) from the National University of Singapore.
