Initially practicing as a medical doctor at the Ministry of Health Malaysia, he later assumed a pivotal role in health informatics after obtaining his masters in IT , he provides consulting until 2005 when he took the initiative to establish his consulting firm. With a profound understanding of the dynamics in both private and public sectors, especially in health-related information systems, Dr. Azrin has amassed extensive experience. Notably, he served as the lead consultant for the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) on significant projects such as the implementation of the Hospital Information System and the National Lifetime Health Record Blueprint until 2012.
