She is a medical doctor with the Ministry of Health Malaysia, currently serving in the Medicolegal Unit of a government hospital. Her primary role involves managing patient medicolegal complaints and coordinating litigation matters with the Attorney General's Chamber. She hold a Master’s in Healthcare and Medical Law, with a dissertation focused on 'Towards the Duty of Candour: A Comparative Study of the Patients’ Complaints Systems between Malaysia and the United Kingdom.' In addition, She is an accredited mediator with the Malaysian International Mediation Centre. She have a strong passion for resolving medical disputes through mediation.
