Dr. Nor Azira has extensive experience in various areas of Rehabilitation Medicine, ranging from acute rehabilitation to community-based rehabilitation capacity building, both locally and internationally. Recognizing that a comprehensive rehabilitation program can reverse many disabling conditions and assist patients and their families in managing deficits that medical treatment alone may not address, Dr. Nor Azira is a strong advocate for a holistic approach to patient care. She is deeply committed to helping her clients regain their functions and improve their quality of life. Dr. Nor Azira graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2002 and later obtained her Master in Rehabilitation Medicine from University Malaya in 2012. She contributed significantly to the development of Rehabilitation Medicine within Ministry of Health hospitals before transitioning to the private health sector in 2019. As a member of the pioneering team, she played a crucial role in establishing Malaysia's largest standalone private rehabilitation hospital, where her responsibilities spanned both clinical and administrative functions. Currently, Dr. Nor Azira serves as the Group Medical Director at Integra Healthcare Technology Sdn. Bhd., overseeing the development of IHT Rehab Centers across Malaysia.
