A medical doctor and Public Health Medicine Specialist received training for Master of Public Health and Doctorate for Public Health from University of Malaya. Working in the Ministry of Health at the National Center of Excellence for Mental Health, previously known as Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Violence Injury Prevention Program under the Disease Control Division, Ministry of Health which involves planning and development of policy and guidelines related to the Mental Health Services and Programs. At National Centre Excellence for Mental Health, works as Sector Head of Promotion of Mental Health and Prevention of Mental Illness which includes core function of establish and strengthen collaboration between governmental agencies, private and Non-Governmental Organizations in delivering mental health services.
