Peter is an interdisciplinary public health physician, a humanitarian, and an academician. He bridges the gap by providing primary health care to underserved communities while shaping evidence-based policies, practices, and research to improve health and well-being for all. Peter’s work focuses on the intersection of public health, global health, and humanitarian health. He is driven by a strong passion and commitment to health equity, social determinants of health, and sustainable development, firmly believing in leaving no one behind to build a brighter, healthier future. Peter's leadership is informed by his experience with the UNLEASH Global Innovation Lab, ASEAN Leader Program, Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity, Acumen Fellowship, ASEAN-Australia One Health Fellowship, and the Global Young Academy, equipping him with a robust systems-thinking and future-focused approach that drives impactful transformation.
